Many of our collections are produced in limited quantities. Once an item is sold out, it may not be restocked.

Cinema x Stitch reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

Pricing or inventory errors

Payment authorization issues

Violation of these Terms & Conditions

If your order is canceled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

5. Payment

We accept payment methods available through Shopify at checkout.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

6. Shipping

Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Cinema x Stitch is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

7. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.

Cinema x Stitch does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can review your claim and, if appropriate, arrange a replacement or other resolution.
