Shipping Policy

Estimated Shipping

Pre-order items are expected to ship within 2–3 weeks after you place your order, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

If production is completed earlier than expected, orders may ship sooner.

Please note that all shipping dates are estimates and may change due to production schedules, material availability, quality control, or carrier delays.

Currently Shipping within the United States

To ensure the highest level of service during our initial releases, Cinema x Stitch is currently shipping orders within the United States only.

We look forward to offering international shipping in the future.

Orders Containing Pre-Order Items

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may be held and shipped together once the pre-order item is ready.

If you would like in-stock items to arrive sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Address Changes

Once an order is places we cannot change the shipping address.

Delays

We appreciate your patience throughout the production process.

Each collection is produced in limited quantities and unexpected delays may occur. If there is a significant change to the estimated shipping timeline, we'll notify customers by email.

Order Cancellations

Pre-orders help us plan production and allocate limited inventory. Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
