At Cinema x Stitch, every piece is produced in limited quantities and carefully inspected before shipment. Due to the exclusive nature of our collections, all sales are final. By purchasing from us, you agree to this policy.

Returns

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

-Change of mind

-Incorrect size selection

-Buyer’s remorse

-Worn, washed, or altered items

Please review our size charts carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about sizing, we're happy to help before you purchase.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges unless you receive the wrong item or an item arrives damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at contact@cinemaxstitch.com within 3 days of delivery with:

-Your order number

-A description of the issue

-Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Cinema x Stitch is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
